NDIS Provider Mount Cotton & Brisbane Southside

Team Strive is a registered NDIS provider serving participants from our Mount Cotton base on Brisbane's southside. We deliver comprehensive disability support including SIL, community access, respite, personal care and NDIS housing assistance across the Redlands, Logan and greater Brisbane areas.

Our Queensland team brings the same person-centred, family-run approach that has made Team Strive a trusted name in Victoria. We understand the local landscape — from community centres and sports facilities in Redland Bay to transport options across the southside — and use that knowledge to connect participants with meaningful opportunities.

Supported Independent Living is one of our core services in Queensland. We help participants find suitable accommodation, build daily routines with consistent support workers, and live as independently as possible in shared or individual homes across the region.

Beyond SIL, we offer community access programs, group activities, short-term respite and in-home daily living support. Our regular sports clinics, fitness sessions and social events give participants across Queensland the chance to build skills, friendships and confidence.
