Team Strive has over 15 years' experience within the NDIS and Business Community. Our goal is to not only make a difference to the lives of our participants but empower every individual to have a strong sense of community and belonging.
At Team Strive our motto is that we Strive to make a difference. To ensure that our participants can Thrive we look to go the extra mile to see our participants not only be supported in a safe and caring environment but grow and develop as part of a team that wants to see them excel in life.

Abby Carse
Operations Manager
Abby brings a wealth of experience to the NDIS industry, backed by years of leadership in top-level management, participant support, and care. Her commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred services is rooted in both professional expertise and genuine compassion.
With a background in science, Abby began her career working with seals and dolphins at Sea World. However, her academic journey in psychology sparked a deeper passion—supporting people with disabilities to live enriched, empowered lives. Abby is driven by the belief that with the right support, every individual can thrive.
Outside of work, Abby is passionate about animal care, health and fitness, beach days, and travel. Her favourite way to spend time is with her family—her three children and two beloved puppies.
Phil Carse
Operations Manager
Phil brings extensive experience in Coaching and Business Management, with a strong focus on advocacy and teamwork. Known for his team-first approach, Phil is a natural leader who is passionate about helping and supporting others.
As a Level 3 award-winning coach and mentor, Phil is passionate about helping others reach their full potential. He thrives on providing tailored support and guidance, empowering individuals to grow and feel uplifted.
Outside of work, Phil enjoys sports, bushwalking, and exploring new places. His favourite way to spend time is by seeing people grow and better themselves—a value that underpins everything he does.
Jacob Mahony
Accounts Manager
Jacob brings a wealth of business expertise to Team Strive, with a strong background in accounting and operational excellence. His leadership ensures the organisation is built on best-practice models that support efficiency, transparency, and long-term sustainability.
As a respected CEO within the broader business community, Jacob offers deep insight into strategic planning and technology integration. His ability to streamline systems and implement smart, scalable solutions help Team Strive deliver high-quality services with confidence and clarity.

Luke Mahony
Team Development Manager
Luke brings a powerful blend of experience from the education sector where he is a qualified Teacher and elite-level sport. Lukes background in teaching and team leadership has shaped a practical, person-centred approach that aligns strongly with the values of the NDIS.
Over the past decade, Luke has held key roles across several businesses, building inclusive teams and driving quality service delivery. At Team Strive, Luke plays a pivotal role in ensuring participants receive the care, respect, and opportunities they deserve—guided by a hands-on approach and a genuine passion for helping others thrive.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys sports, waterskiing, and travel. His favourite thing to do is spending time with his family, embracing new adventures, and creating lasting memories together.
